As well as being a highly commended MHFA Instructor, Tracey is a qualified Creative Expressive Therapist amassing 10 years of experience working with children and adults in a therapeutic setting.
Her skills as a therapist helps support MHFA’s emotionally – providing a safe, supportive and therapeutic learning environment.
Tracey has worked in a variety of environments within a range of sectors and has a thorough understanding of psychology in the workplace and how culture effects staff wellbeing and mental health.
As a therapist she attends regular CPD’s about mental health and effective support and treatment.
From her humble beginnings as a nursery nurse assistant to dominating the world of fashion PR and events in London, Ceri brings an undeniable insight and passion to Be Empowered. Her infectious personality makes her our ultimate communications powerhouse.
Ceri has garnered a wealth of experience in a variety of sectors – adaptable to any person-centred operation. An organisational force to be reckoned with, Ceri thrives on excellence in business with her meticulous focus on the finer details to ensure a quality and positive customer experience.
